Thank you, it was put on my computer through an e-mail and mcafee said it was unremoveable. I paid a lot of money for Mcafee and for something like this to get through jsut makes me worried. thank you for the help in getting ride of this software bug.

gracias espero que se me solucione el problema que tengo estaba navegando y de repente aparecio un menesaje que tenia virus y troyanos y acepte y se me isntalo este programa
